Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As our products are manufactured under the highest medical standards, sterile-filled, and made exclusively from natural, vegan, and edible ingredients, a large portion of our assortment consists of sealed goods. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, these products are not eligible for return once the seal has been removed (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 German Civil Code – BGB).

Opened or used products are excluded from returns.

Custom-made products and individually assembled sets are also non-returnable.
Discounted items and digital gift cards are generally excluded from returns.
Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to receive the item you want. Once the return is accepted, you may purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
